- The feasibility study answers the key question if the business should be undertaken.
- It indicates if the business is feasible and viable. Feasible is if it is technically doable. Viable is if it can be done at a profit. It also includes considering the possible other uses of the funds invested, and the performance of similar businesses.
- The study looks at aspects of:
- – The proposed business and Owners.
- – The organisation.
- – Business location.
- – Market.
- – Estimated cost and financing.
- – Management and marketing.
- – Expected performance.
