The feasibility study answers the key question if the business should be undertaken.
It indicates if the business is feasible and viable. Feasible is if it is technically doable. Viable is if it can be done at a profit. It also includes considering the possible other uses of the funds invested, and the performance of similar businesses.
The study looks at aspects of:
- – The proposed business and Owners.
- – The organisation.
- – Business location.
- – Market.
- – Estimated cost and financing.
- – Management and marketing.
- – Expected performance.
