The Feasibility Study (contd)
- The study may come up with one of three findings:
- the business is not viable and should not be undertaken..
- the business may not be viable, but could be with certain changes.
- the proposed business is viable, and may be undertaken.
- All the three are useful. Where the business is found not viable, the study saves one from an investment where he or she may have lost money.
- In case of the other two options, the business may proceed to the preparation of a business plan and implementation, if the necessary changes are made.
